Description
Due to the growth of my business and the ever increasing emails / notifications and everything that goes with it, I will unfortunately no longer be able to answer all of my comments directly. I would like to thank all of you in advance for the support, comments, favorites and watches. I appreciate each and every one of you and value your friendship. I'm posting a few ways of staying in touch with me below. Thanks so much! Be inspired…
Today I'm posting a caricature study on Tommy Lee Jones. This is one of two caricatures I did of him as an experiment on exaggeration. There are often several different ways of taking exaggeration when doing a caricature and it is evident when looking at how different artists attack a certain subject. The differences between more classic caricature artists such as Jason Seiler and Dominic Philibert as compared to the work of artists such as Russ Cook really intrigue me and inspire me to experiment and stay open minded about the direction to take a certain piece. I'll post the first caricature in this experiment at the link below so you can see what I was trying to do here.
